At Fakeera Rent Bike Car, we aim to provide a smooth and fair booking experience. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before making a booking.

📌 1. Booking Cancellation

• Cancellations must be informed via call or WhatsApp (9370180355)
• Cancellation charges depend on the timing of cancellation

📌 2. Refund Policy

• 24 hours before pickup:
  Full refund (if advance payment made)
• 12–24 hours before pickup:
  50% refund of booking amount
• Less than 12 hours / No Show:
  No refund

📌 3. Early Return

• No refund will be provided if the vehicle is returned before the agreed rental period

📌 4. Late Cancellation / No Show

• If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and location, the booking will be cancelled automatically
• No refund will be provided in such cases

📌 5. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days
• The amount will be returned via the original payment method or as agreed

📌 6. Vehicle Unavailability

• In rare cases, if a booked vehicle is unavailable, we will:
  • Provide an alternative vehicle OR
  • Offer a full refund

📌 7. Weather / External Conditions

• No refund will be provided for cancellations due to weather conditions, traffic, or personal reasons
