Welcome to Fakeera Rent Bike Car. By booking or using our bike, scooty, or car rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

📌 1. Eligibility

• The renter must be 18+ years old for bikes/scooties and 21+ years old for cars
• A valid driving license is mandatory
• The license must be original (no photocopy)

📌 2. Booking & Payment

• Advance booking may require partial or full payment
• Remaining payment must be cleared before vehicle handover
• Prices may vary based on vehicle type, duration, and season

📌 3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of rental
• The deposit will be returned after vehicle inspection
• Any damage or violation will be deducted from the deposit

📌 4. Vehicle Usage Rules

• The vehicle must be used only for personal travel purposes
• No illegal activities are allowed
• Do not overload the vehicle beyond seating capacity
• Rash or careless driving is strictly prohibited

📌 5. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level
• The customer must return the vehicle with the same fuel level

📌 6. Damage & Responsibility

• The renter is responsible for any damage, accident, or loss
• Repair costs will be borne by the customer
• In case of major damage, full liability may apply

📌 7. Late Return Policy

• Late returns may attract extra charges
• Charges depend on delay duration and vehicle type

📌 8. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation terms may vary depending on booking time
• Refund eligibility depends on prior notice

📌 9. Airport Pickup

• Vehicles can be picked up from Dabolim Airport Car & Bike Parking Area
• Customers must coordinate timing in advance

📌 10. Service Availability

• We aim to provide 24/7 service, but availability depends on vehicle stock and prior bookings

📌 11. Liability

• Fakeera Rent Bike Car is not responsible for:
  • Personal injury
  • Loss of belongings
  • Delays due to traffic or weather

📌 12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
